“Old Mother Hubbard went to the cupboard, to give the poor dog a bone; When she came there, the cupboard was bare and so the poor dog had none.”

So goes the old nursery rhyme and in this case the cupboard certainly is bare, although the lady doesn’t look so very old.

This lovely charm is a vintage solid 9ct gold representation of Mother Hubbard and her dog. The cupboard opens and the dog is nicely modelled.

This is a lovely piece in very good condition. It is fully hallmarked for London 1959, and comes with a jump ring ready to attach to your bracelet.
