returns POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days.

You have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receiving your purchased item. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We despatch all items via tracked post. If you wish to return your item please email us within 14 days of receipt to let us know, and ensure that you return the item to us within 28 days of delivery, in the same condition in which it was sent to you.

You will be responsible for paying the cost of return postage and must ensure that the item is adequately insured. We will not accept liability for loss or damage if you choose not to adequately insure the item.

 

Exceptions

There are certain conditions under which refunds may not be granted:

- If you have not contacted us within 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know you wish to return your item;

- If an item is returned damaged, or with parts missing;

- If the condition is in any way inferior to that in which it was sent to you;

- If an item is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

When your returned item is received by us we will inspect it and acknowledge receipt via email, together with confirmation of acceptance or rejection of your refund request. If we agree that the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you we will refund the original cost of the item via the same mechanism you used to make your payment, less the original cost of postage. If we agree that the item was faulty or not as described we will refund the cost of the item and postage.

When we process a refund, we aim to return your payment within 14 days of your returned item being received by us, but please note that there is often some third-party processing time before a refund is completed. If you have not received your refund after a certain time and you have already checked with your bank and / or credit card company, please contact us.

 

Buying as a Gift

Our contract is with the original purchaser. If you received your item as a gift, we ask that you return it to the person who gave it to you and ask them to contact us about a refund.

 

Returning your Item

Please do not return your item until we have explicitly agreed your refund via email. We accept no liability for items returned to us unsolicited.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we agree that the item was faulty or not as described.

If you are returning an item that cost over £50, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not accept liability for loss or damage if you choose not to adequately insure the item.
